Duration: Ten hours (from Heraklion).
Meeting Point: Heraklion: Liberty Square; or, upon request, pick up and drop off at your hotel
Dress Code: Casual; comfortable walking shoes; warmer clothes in early spring; wide-brim hat; back pack; perhaps a walking stick; sunblock
Including: Transportation to and from Heraklion; full services of an officially qualified tourist guide; lunch; entrance fee to the gorge; bottled water
Food: Yes
Walking difficulty: Participants should be physically fit for a downhill 7 km hike of approximately 3 hours

This Alpine landscape consists of more than 150 peaks, 50 of which are over 2000m; there are also more than 50 gorges. The Imbros Gorge is one of them. Its 7 km of almost flat, slightly downhill path is a relatively easy walk for people of all ages, including children. The landscape and natural habitat are breathtaking. The hike through Imbros takes 3 hours
