This full-day tour features a tour of the Asterousia Mountains of south central Crete in special Land Rover 4x4s, custom-built for rugged mountain adventures with experienced drivers at the wheel. Each vehicle facilitates a maximum of six drive is scenic with spectacular vistas of remote villages, monasteries, and hidden beaches. We visit Koudouma Monastery and climb to a Minoan peak sanctuary atop Mt. Kofinas
The 30 minute trek follows in the footsteps of ancient worshippers; the views from the top are breath-taking. We then dine in a local tavern. If you like exciting adventure and bumpy dirt roads, this tour is for you people.
